Plant Seeds, Plant Hope for Earth
Check out the weather in any of the regions in India, and you will see that the temperatures are soaring with every passing year. This year the maximum temperature of 51ᵒC shouldn’t really come as a surprise, thanks to the deteriorating green cover around us. The sad part is that all it takes is just one or two minor steps to be able to reduce this impact of global warming, and yet we see not many concrete steps being taken.

Our initiative to protect the environment
At International Centre for Culture & Education, we understand the commitment we must make to Mother Earth to preserve it for the future generations. As one of the many initiatives we are undertaking to prevent more damage from effects of Climate Change, we are organizing a drive to plant thousands of seeds in our fight against green cover depletion.
We will be planting seeds of plants and herbs that will not only provide a natural canopy to the parched land, but also help in proper absorption of carbon dioxide and increase supply of oxygen in the atmosphere. Along with this, we will also be distributing pencils made of recycled materials and spread awareness of the harm caused by our own actions in the form of global warming.

Our Participants promote these pencils along with a Leaflet in their locality highlighting today’s climate change issues and steps we can take as an individual.
The pencils are promoted at a discounted rate of Rs.25/- per pencil. Amount collected from this activity is used for sponsorship of Group Activities by ICCE Participants.
